The fall meeting of the Region 4 Delegates and Governors will be held in Nashville, Tennessee. It will be held on September 19 - 20, 2008 at the Hampton Inn at Mt. Juliet, approximately 10 miles east of the Nashville airport.

The room rate is $100 per night single occupancy and $105 multiple occupancy plus taxes. Dinner will be held at the Tennessee Engineering Center (TEC) along with a tour of the new exhibits of the Adventure Science Center at this same location.
Time will be set aside on Friday afternoon to meet with Brian Pallash from ASCE National. He will be offering guidance on preparing a state Infrastructure Report Card. Hopefully the National Report card can be integrated with the local report cards to share data and information. The report cards for each state and National should be set to be released around the same time schedule. A copy of the Supplemental Grant Application that was submitted was provided for informational purposes. This is a SPAG Grant for Regions. There was much discussion about what should be done and the timeframe for the finished product.
